The Career Quotient Olympiad (CQO) is India's first Futuristic Career Readiness Olympiad. Unlike subject-based exams, CQO measures awareness, adaptability, decision-making, and readiness for tomorrow.

FEFATHON is the Grand Finale of the Career Quotient Olympiad. It's a one-day event where shortlisted finalists compete in live rounds, all under the media spotlight.
